A 50% deposit is required for all carriage tours.

The customer may pay the balance, plus the 20% gratuities to the driver after services are rendered.

Deposits are non-refundable, except due to extreme bad weather conditions. However, during light rain, the canopy top will be put up over our customers. We can also reschedule a carriage ride for a future date, holding the deposit for the new date. A 12-hour notice is acceptable in this case.

Standard Rates (Tours Only):
    •    $30.00 – 15-20 minutes 1-2 adults, $5.00 ea. additional
    •    $60.00 – 30 minutes
    •    $100.00 for one hour
    •    Wedding Rates: Please call

Children under age 10 can ride free, accompanied by an adult. Pricing only reflects carriage rides leaving and returning to Faneuil Hall carriage stand. Special requests may vary the pricing. Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted.

Legal operating hours in Boston are:
    •    Monday-Friday 6:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m.
    •    Saturday, Sunday and holidays 12:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m.

Any ride which is not on our route, or is not taking place during our legal operating hours, must be subject to approval by the Police Department. The Police Department requires a 48 hour notice prior to the event. It will be up to their discretion if it will, or will not be approved. Special permits will also be required for some events.

The safety of our horses, drivers and customers are our concern. We have the right to change a route, if we feel it is a safer way of travel. Bridal Carriage Co., Inc. is a fully licensed and insured operation. We are licensed through the Department of Public Safety, and undergo a physical inspection annually.
