Pricing Information:

A 50% deposit is required on ALL RESERVATIONS. We accept all four major credit cards for your convenience.

Deposits are non-refundable. The balance and 20% gratuity can be paid at the end of the tour to your driver.

ALL WEDDINGS are paid in full one week prior to the wedding date.

WEDDINGS ARE A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. Deposits are non-refundable. Only due to extremely bad weather conditions we may disuss with you a reasonable time frame during which you may reschedule your ride. Your deposit will then be honored.

Cancellations will only be in extreme weather conditions, in which case you may reschedule your ride to another date.

Standard Rates (Tours Only):
    •    $30.00 – 15-20 minutes 1-2 adults, $5.00 ea. additional
    •    $60.00 – 30 minutes
    •    $100.00 for one hour
   

Children under age 10 can ride free, accompanied by an adult. Pricing only reflects carriage rides leaving and returning to Faneuil Hall carriage stand. Special requests may vary the pricing. Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted.

We are compliant with PCI (Payment Card Industry) for DSS (Data Securtiy Standards). This means that your credit card infomation is secure!

Legal operating hours in Boston are:
    •    Monday-Friday 6:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m.
    •    Saturday, Sunday and holidays 12:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m.

Any ride which is not on our route, or is not taking place during our legal operating hours, must be subject to approval by the Police Department. The Police Department requires a 48 hour notice prior to the event. It will be up to their discretion if it will, or will not be approved. Special permits will also be required for some events.

The safety of our horses, drivers and customers are our concern. We have the right to change a route, if we feel it is a safer way of travel. Bridal Carriage Co., Inc. is a fully licensed and insured operation. Our horses and carriages are licensed through the department of Public Safety, and are inspected annually. All of our horses have a valid certificates of good health issued each year by their veterinarian.
